The family-run resident “Katerina Holiday Studios” in the center of the seaside village of Nikiana in Lefkas.
Our recently renovated resident is located on the main road from Lefkada town to Nidri. In fact it’s just 9 km from the lively capital town of Lefkada and 7km. from the cosmopolitan Nidri. However, it’s just 10 metres from the organized beach featuring a beach bar-restaurant. Our hotel consistsof studios, family rooms and double or three-bedded rooms. They are all elegantly furnished, air-conditioned and kitchenette.
They all have en-suite bathroom and private balcony. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is also available.In less than 100
meters, you can find a Pharmacy, a super market, a bakery as well as traditional tavernas and cosy cafe.

Beaches of Lefkada
One of the main features of the island is its countless beaches.
Sequential, endless, with natural boundaries rocks on the west side, usually deep, cool, sandy or pebbly. Small, friendly, in coves or in populated areas in the east, with sand or pebble. Many of the beaches across the coastline are accessible either by sea, on foot or unregulated.
Cultural
The temperamental Heptanisian culture and the unique feature of the island, full of “breath of the sea, breath of the pine trees” gave to Lefkada the opportunity to give birth and nurture some of the most sensitive poetic souls.
In this island, were born or were springs, eminent artists and scientists with Pan-Hellenic recognition and international appreciation and publicity.
Local Products
A very important part of the cultural heritage of Lefkada is its traditional cuisine and its traditional products.
Honey from thyme, pasteli and mantolato, soumada, liqueur like rozoli, mint, rose, ladopitta (oil pie), oil rolls, oil from the perennial olives, avgotaracho from lagoon’s ivari, white and red wine are products from the land of Lefkada.
